My Journey Into Healing

I have always been drawn to healing since I was young. I graduated college with a degree in Occupational Therapy in 2019 and started working with brain injury patients focusing on reconnecting the brain & body. I quickly realized that alternative methods of healing were far more effective than most traditional routes. This led me to become certified in Upledger’s Craniosacral Therapy, MNRI Reflex Integration and Medical Based Reiki.

I went through a very low point in my life, suffering from severe dissociation, adrenal fatigue, and was stuck in fight or flight for 3 years. It truly felt like life or death if I did not get help asap. During this time I began talk therapy which was great, but I was still severely suffering and needed something to work faster. It came to the point I could not drive safely, get out of bed or take care of myself because my brain was so disconnected from my body.

After searching on the internet for other modalities than talk therapy I came across the Emotion & Body Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson who discovered the Heart Wall. This is a wall we subconsciously put over our heart to keep us numb from emotional pain in order to survive. One of the main factors in dissociation, and results from severe trauma.

I knew immediately this was what I needed and began seeing a Body Code Practitioner remotly online for 1 year. After only a couple weeks of sessions I was able to begin taking care of myself again, I got a job and started coming back into my body. Something that would take years to do in traditional therapy.

1 year later I felt so free that I got certified in Emotion/Body Code and started La Vita Healing with the mission to help those that are suffering and feel there is no way out or looking to create their highest and greatest life as I have now created for myself.

I am also now certified in other amazing healing modalities, Access Consciousness Bars, Global Energy Healing Method (G.E.M.S), Cranial Sacral Therapy, and a Solex Quantum Living Advocate. 

Through doing this work I also have increased my intuition, psychic and medium capabilities. I have tools to help heal the root of your health concerns at an accelerated rate.
